    Consultant

Caitlin Link has an MA in Art History and has been working in the art world since 2013. She works closely with Ray Waterhouse in conducting research on purchases, auctions and art advisory work, and with all members of the Modern Fine Art team writing for art fairs and special projects. Her own research experience centered on 19th century and Impressionist art, developed when preparing sales catalogues and other marketing materials in the Impressionist and Modern department at Christie’s. She has also worked on contemporary exhibitions at MASS MoCA and the Tang Teaching Museum, working with artists, conducting research, and compiling materials for exhibition catalogues. Caitlin has a deep interest in the relationship between image and text and its inherent tensions.

Caitlin received her MA in History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of Oxford, UK, and her BA in Art History from Skidmore College, NY, where she also studied French and English Literature. She has also studied at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London and the Institute for Curatorial Practice at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
