Sandra Safta Waterhouse

Director of Modern & Contemporary Art

 

Sandra is the Director of Modern and Contemporary Art. She was brought up in Paris, lived in Italy for three years during her 20s and has lived in the USA for the past 17 years. She has been involved in the Contemporary art scene all that time, both in Miami and New York and works now at our private gallery at East 76th St. Sandra represented Ray Waterhouse’s gallery, Waterhouse & Dodd, at many art fairs in the USA, UK, Europe and the Middle East over the last 14 years, and now directs New York events and operations. Sandra is also the liaison between the gallery and many of our biggest selling contemporary artists, Jean-Francois Rauzier, who lives in France, and also the artists Doug Argue, Martin Brouillette and Kim Keever all in New York. Sandra has studied the business aspects of the art market at New York University and is bi-lingual in English and French.
